350ml (12 fl oz) vegetable stock - 10kcal
400g spinach, chopped - 184 kcal
500g makaronu - 780 kcal
1 (400g) tin red kidney beans- 388 kcal
200g (5 oz) frozen broccoli - 70 kcal
1 kartonik tomatoes, diced (390)- 100kcal

4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan (optional) - 20g - 77kcal

Cook pasta according to packet instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Reduce heat, and mix in spinach, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir in the black beans and broccoli. Continue to cook and stir 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Stir the tomatoes into the saucepan, and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until all vegetables are tender. Serve over the cooked pasta. Garnish with Parmesan if desired.
